New York City is one of my favourite places to visit because it’s the city that has a little bit of everything. There’s so many amazing restaurants and beautiful sights. Every time I go to NYC, I leave with more love for the city and a yearning to go back.
Tee, Vicki, and I organized a little girls’ trip to NYC. We had the pleasure of staying at the Quin Hotel in Midtown Manhattan. The hotel is conveniently located near the subway, 5th avenue, Central Park, Times Square, and many other attractions.
The lobby is a beautiful space with high ceilings. There are numerous art pieces on the wall and remind me of an art gallery. Once you step inside, you forget that you reside on a busy street and instead feel like you are in a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city. It has the feel of an upscale luxury hotel and the comfort of a small boutique hotel. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Everyone at the front desk were helpful and great with answering questions and giving recommendations.
The room was very spacious and the beds were so comfy that we never wanted to wake up in the morning! Sleeping on their pillows felt like I was sleeping on a soft cloud – unbelievably comfortable. The room was the perfect size. We had 2 queen beds and a very spacious bathroom. Although 3 of us shared a room, it did not feel crowded at all. We packed a ton of luggage (especially clothes!) and everyone still had their personal space. All of the in-room amenities made our stay that much better. The bathroom had Fresh products and everything that we needed to enjoy a relaxing shower at the end of the day. The bathroom was also a good size and didn’t make us feel crammed.
The location is hard to beat. Quin Hotel is located at 57th Street and 6th Avenue. It’s walking distance to many tourist attractions and dangerously close to all of the shopping on 5th Avenue. The subway station is right by the hotel and allows for easy travel throughout Manhattan and surrounding areas.
I highly recommend staying at Quin Hotel for your next trip to New York City! There are so many places on my NYC list that I have yet to check off so I will be heading back to the city very soon.
